1. 协议接受 Acceptance

欢迎使用 Kynowell App。注册、登录或使用任一功能，即表示您已阅读并同意本用户协议及《隐私政策》。

Welcome to Kynowell. By registering, logging in, or using any feature, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. 服务说明 Services

Kynowell 提供包括但不限于：

  • AI 智能/人工室内空间设计与效果图生成；
  • 家具/饰品浏览、选配与 BOM 顾问服务/方案深化报价；
  • 订单咨询、支付、物流与售后沟通。

具体功能以 App 实际上线为准；部分能力需付费套餐或人工客服开通。

Kynowell provides, including but not limited to:

  • AI-powered and manual interior space design and render generation;
  • Furniture and accessory browsing, selection, and BOM consultation/plan deepening quoting;
  • Order consultation, payment, logistics, and after-sales communication.

Features vary by plan; some require paid subscription or manual activation.

3. 注册与账号安全 Registration & Security

  • 您应提供真实、准确的注册信息，并妥善保管账号与密码。
  • 一机一号：同一手机号/邮箱原则上绑定一个账号，不得转让、出借或共享。
  • 因您保管不善导致的损失由您自行承担；发现异常请立即联系我们。
  • Provide accurate registration information and keep your account credentials secure.
  • One account per phone/email; do not transfer, lend, or share.
  • You are responsible for account security; contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. 套餐与支付 Plans & Payment

  • 免费试用与付费套餐以 App 内展示为准。
  • 订阅类套餐可能自动续费；您可在支付渠道（App Store / 支付宝 / PayPal 等）管理续费与取消。
  • 顾问服务/方案深化类订单价格以客服确认后的 BOM 为准；支付成功后进入生产/履约流程。
  • 除法律另有规定或平台明示外，数字内容与已开工顾问服务/方案深化订单一般不支持无理由退款；售后按《退货售后政策》处理。
  • Trials and paid plans are shown in-app.
  • Subscriptions may auto-renew; manage/cancel via App Store, Alipay, PayPal, etc.
  • Custom orders follow confirmed BOM pricing; payment starts fulfillment.
  • Refunds are limited by law and policy; see our Return & After-sales Policy.

5. 内容与版权 Content & IP

  • App 内案例、App UI/UX 设计、文案和商业框架等知识产权归 Kynowell 或权利人所有（以申请软著专利）。
  • 您上传的素材，您保证拥有合法权利；您授予我们在提供服务范围内使用的许可。
  • AI 生成图：在符合法律法规前提下，您对输入内容负责；生成结果可在订单/案例范围内使用，不得用于违法或侵权商业用途。
  • App content, case studies, UI/UX design, copywriting, and business framework IP belongs to Kynowell or licensors (software copyright pending).
  • You warrant rights to uploads and grant us a license to operate the service.
  • AI outputs: you are responsible for inputs; use outputs lawfully within orders/cases; not for unlawful or infringing commercial use.

6. AI生成内容的使用与商业宣传 AI Content Usage & Commercial Promotion

用户使用本平台 AI 服务生成的效果图，版权归属按以下规则划分：

个人用户（非商业用途）：生成内容的版权归平台与个人用户共同所有。个人用户可将生成内容用于社交媒体分享、个人作品集展示等非商业用途，须保留平台水印或标注「设计灵感来自 KYNOWELL」。

设计工作室/设计公司（商业用途）：生成内容的版权归平台所有。设计工作室/设计公司购买平台设计套餐（¥6,999/$6,999 或 ¥19,999/$19,999），可享受 8 折优惠，并获得商业使用权。使用时须标注「设计由 KYNOWELL 提供支持」，不得将生成内容作为自有案例进行宣传。

侵权责任：任何单位或个人在未标注来源的情况下，将平台生成内容作为自有案例进行商业宣传，视为侵犯平台合法权益。平台保留追究其著作权侵权及不正当竞争法律责任的权利，包括但不限于要求停止侵权、公开道歉、赔偿损失。

Individual Users (Non-Commercial Use): Copyright of generated content is jointly owned by the platform and the individual user. Individual users may share generated content on social media or personal portfolios for non-commercial purposes, provided that the platform watermark is retained or "Design inspiration from KYNOWELL" is clearly attributed.

Design Studios / Firms (Commercial Use): Copyright of generated content is owned solely by the platform. Design studios/firms that purchase a design package ($6,999/$19,999) are eligible for a 20% discount and will receive a commercial use license. When using generated content for commercial publicity, proper attribution "Design supported by KYNOWELL" is required. Generated content may not be presented as the studio's own original work.

Infringement Liability: Any individual or entity that uses platform-generated content as their own case study for commercial publicity without proper attribution shall be deemed to have infringed the platform's legal rights. Kynowell reserves the right to pursue legal action for copyright infringement and unfair competition, including but not limited to cease-and-desist, public apology, and damages.

7. 禁止行为 Prohibited Conduct

您不得：

  • 盗刷、虚假下单、恶意退款或干扰系统；
  • 爬取数据、逆向工程或传播恶意代码；
  • 发布违法、侵权、骚扰或虚假内容；
  • 冒用他人身份或从事欺诈。

违规我们有权限制功能、冻结或注销账号，并依法追究。

You must not:

  • Commit payment fraud, fake orders, or abuse refunds;
  • Scrape, reverse engineer, or distribute malware;
  • Post unlawful, infringing, or harassing content;
  • Impersonate others or commit fraud.

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts and pursue remedies.

8. 免责声明 Disclaimers

  • AI 效果图仅供参考，与实际施工、材质、光照可能存在差异。
  • 顾问服务/方案深化家具因手工/批次因素可能存在合理色差与周期波动，以确认图纸与合同为准。
  • 物流时效受承运方与清关影响；因不可抗力或您提供错误地址导致的延误，责任按法律规定划分。
  • AI renders are illustrative; actual results may differ.
  • Custom furniture may have reasonable color/batch variance; drawings/contracts prevail.
  • Shipping depends on carriers/customs; force majeure or wrong addresses are handled per law.

9. 争议解决 Dispute Resolution

本协议适用中华人民共和国法律（不含冲突法）。因本协议引起的争议，双方应先友好协商；协商不成的，提交 Kynowell 注册地有管辖权的人民法院诉讼解决。

These Terms are governed by PRC law. Disputes shall first be resolved amicably; failing that, submitted to courts with jurisdiction where Kynowell is registered.
