引言
Kynowell（「我们」）重视您的隐私。本政策说明我们如何收集、使用、存储与保护您的个人信息。使用本 App 即表示您同意本政策。
我们收集的信息
- 账号信息：手机号码、电子邮箱、登录密码（加密存储）。
- 设备信息：设备型号、操作系统版本、App 版本、语言与地区设置，用于兼容性与安全。
- 使用数据：浏览记录、收藏、购物车、订单与客服沟通内容。
- AI 生图内容：您上传的户型/参考图、输入的提示词，以及 AI 生成的效果图（用于方案展示与订单顾问服务/方案深化）。
- 支付相关信息：由支付宝 / PayPal 等支付渠道处理，我们不存储完整银行卡号。
信息使用目的
- 提供 AI 软装设计、家具选配、BOM 报价与下单服务。
- 账号注册、登录验证、订单履约与售后。
- 改进产品体验、排查故障与保障安全。
- 在获得同意的前提下发送服务通知或活动信息。
第三方服务
为实现核心功能，我们可能接入以下第三方（其各自有独立隐私政策）：
- 火山引擎（ByteDance Volcengine）：AI 图像生成与相关云能力。
- 阿里云（Alibaba Cloud）：服务器、对象存储（OSS）、短信与邮件。
- 支付宝（Alipay）：国内支付。
- PayPal：海外订阅与支付。
我们仅向其传输实现功能所必需的数据。
存储与安全
- 数据传输采用 HTTPS/TLS 加密。
- 业务数据主要存储于阿里云中国大陆（上海）节点。
- 我们采取访问控制、权限分级与审计等措施保护数据；任何系统无法保证绝对安全，我们将持续改进。
跨境数据传输
您的数据可能被传输至并处理于新加坡以外、我们服务提供商所在的国家或地区（含中国）。我们将确保相关传输符合适用法律要求，并采取合理保障措施保护您的个人数据。
数据保留
我们仅在实现收集目的所需期间，或在适用法律要求下保留您的个人数据。
您的权利
您有权查阅、更正或删除您的个人信息，撤回同意，注销账号，或就数据处理向我们咨询。请通过文末联系方式提出申请，我们将在合理期限内答复。
撤回同意
您可随时通过 support@kynowell.com 联系我们，撤回对我们收集、使用或披露您个人数据的同意。撤回同意可能影响我们向您提供部分服务的能力。
投诉机制
如您对我们处理个人数据的方式有任何疑虑，请联系 support@kynowell.com。您亦有权向新加坡个人数据保护委员会（PDPC）提出投诉。

Kynowell ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our App.
Information We Collect
Phone number, email address, device information, AI-generated content, and design preferences.
How We Use It
To provide AI design services, process payments, improve our App, and communicate with you.
Third-Party Services
We use Alibaba Cloud (storage), Volcengine (AI generation), Alipay and PayPal (payments). These services may collect data per their own privacy policies.
Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored on Alibaba Cloud servers in Shanghai, encrypted in transit. We implement reasonable security measures.
Cross-Border Data Transfer
Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside of Singapore where our service providers are located (including China). We ensure such transfers comply with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) and implement appropriate safeguards to protect your data.
Data Retention
We retain your personal data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable laws.
Your Rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us.
Withdrawal of Consent
You may withdraw your consent for us to collect, use, or disclose your personal data at any time by contacting us at support@kynowell.com. Withdrawal may affect our ability to provide certain services.
Complaint Mechanism
If you have any concerns about how we handle your personal data, please contact us at support@kynowell.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC) of Singapore.
